Chief Development Officer+
Amanda joined Leisure Pass Group in 2004, developing the London Pass and launching passes in Paris, Barcelona, Dublin and Berlin. She became Chief Development Officer in January 2019 with a focus on further establishing Leisure Pass Group in Asia. Amanda holds a BA from the University of Leeds.
Carrie Tayloe Keplinger
A travel industry veteran, Carrie was a founding member of the Smart Destinations team and played a leading role in its long-term growth and subsequent sale. Prior to the Leisure Pass Group, Carrie was in charge of the in-destination strategy for Get Travel. She has a BA from Virginia Tech.
Jon was promoted to Leisure Pass Group’s CEO in January 2020 after serving 2 years as Chief Commercial Officer at the business. Prior to joining LPG in 2017, he was CEO of Uk-based Ribble Cycles. Jon has a wealth of executive experience, with previous roles including MD of very.co.uk (Shop Direct) and Head of Sales and Marketing at Asda.com. Jon has an MA from Cambridge University.
Julie joined Leisure Pass Group in 2017 having previously worked for Partnerships in Children’s Services, a private equity-backed group of foster care agencies, and Just Learning, a chain of children’s day nurseries. Julie has a BSc from Southampton University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC.
SVP of Global Operations+
Lindsay, who joined us in 2008, oversees operations, supporting sales growth and product development. Previously, at the American Cancer Society, she managed donor recruitment, corporate relationships, large-scale events, and staff training. Lindsay has a BA in Business and Sociology from Saint Anselm College.
SVP New Market Development+
Lori joined the Smart Destinations team in 2004 and had a leading role in its growth and sale, first on the Product team and then in Sales. Lori took over the role as SVP of Global Trade Sales when Smart Destinations merged with the Leisure Pass Group, leading the trade channel through 3 years of double-digit growth. Since January 2020, she has been focusing on new market expansion and strategic product initiatives. Lori has over 20 years’ experience across many facets of the travel industry. She has a BS from the University of Massachusetts.
EVP Marketing and Ecommerce+
Louis joined the Leisure Pass Group in 2008 and ran our online strategy through to 2016. He now leads the group’s global marketing and ecommerce. Louis has a BA from Nottingham Trent University.
Chief Technology Officer+
Martin joined as CTO in early 2020 and has been a senior technology leader in a wide variety of organisations. Prior to LPG Martin was Principal Head of Software Engineering at Argos and CTO of Haymarket Media Group. Martin has an MA in Information Engineering and Diploma in Computer Science from Cambridge University.
Neville joined Leisure Pass Group in 2012 and helped lead the business through a management buyout. Previously, Neville worked with Brett Aggregates & Concrete and was Finance Director for Just Learning Group. A qualified ACA (PwC), Neville has a BA from the University of Kent.
SVP CRM and Ancillary+
Rebecca joined Leisure Pass Group in 2018 and leads CRM, app development and ancillary products and services. Previously, Rebecca worked in the fashion and retail industry in marketing, trading and ecommerce roles at Shop Direct (very.co.uk), Missguided and Harvey Nichols.
In 2014, Ted joined Smart Destinations, one of the three businesses that combined to become the Leisure Pass Group; as its CEO, he lead the business through its successful exit in 2016. Post-merger, Ted became CEO of the Leisure Pass Group, leading the integration and expansion of the combined entity. Since January 2020, Ted has stepped into the role of President, focusing on key industry and partner relationships as well as his work as a respected travel industry spokesperson. Previously, Ted was CEO of US mover and life-stage marketing company Imagitas for six years. Ted has a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He is based in his home town, Boston.
SVP Pricing, Analytics & Strategy+
Tom joined the Leisure Pass Group in 2017. He previously spent 12 years with LEK Consulting, advising clients in London, Chicago and Tokyo. Tom has a Masters from Imperial College London and a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Cambridge.
