HOTELBEDS LIFT THE CUP IN THE SECOND
TRAVEL TRADE TABLE FOOTBALL WORLD CUP

Fabrizio and Panos came out on top once more after a hard fought evening of matches in London’s Planet Hollywood, finally beating runners-up Patrick Richards and Tony Gavin from Gulliver’s Travel Associates in a tense final.

Now in its second year, the competition, which was started by Angus Rankine of the Leisure Pass Group and Kelly Strong of Strong Recruitment, not only provided an exciting night of serious wrist action, but also raised over £500 for the Shooting Star Children’s Hospice charity thanks to sponsors Planet Hollywood and the European Tour Operators Association (ETOA).

Well if you stage an event that includes the words Travel, Bar and Football in its title, it’s hard to go wrong, and that was certainly the case with this year’s contestants that boasted some excellent teams, with over 30 of them battling it out for the final honours.
