The London Business Card that was recently launched by the Leisure Pass Group as a privilege card for business visitors to London has been enthusiastically endorsed by the Rydges Kensington Plaza Hotel. The four star boutique hotel features 89 rooms of various sizes and caters for the corporate market and is part of Rydges Hotels, Australia's largest hotel chain. It has a number of regular business visitors who appreciate its Kensington location and attention to personal service. The General Manager, David Pearson, has recently introduced the London Business Card as an addition to the hotel’s excellent service and has received very favourable feedback.
The London Business Card is perfect for use in hotels, as it can be used at the same time as an incentive tool and create loyalty. In addition to the already comprehensive service at the Rydges Kensington Plaza it offers business visitors an introduction to a variety of services and offers ranging amongst other things from restaurant offers at Chez Gérard, Bertorelli and Livebait to business services at eOffice and Kinko’s, shopping offers, black cab services, airport express and airport lounge services, free gym membership for a day and free mobile phone hire for a day.
David Pearson, General Manager of the Rydges Kensington Plaza, said, “We are delighted to be working with Leisure Pass Group. The London Business Card has been a great way for us to make our customers feel even more welcome and to offer an even more complete service.”
Peter Chivers, Head of Corporate Sales for the Leisure Pass Group, commented, “We have been able to establish a number of important relationships with hotels in the last few months and we are very pleased to be working with the Rydges Kensington Plaza. The hotel is a prime example of the type of establishment that would benefit from the London Business Card: It is already offering a great service for business visitors and the London Business Card is simply another way of setting itself apart from the rest and offering an even better service, the icing on the cake, you may say.”
