The London Pass Launches a special, Souvenir Edition Guide Book
to Commemorate the Queen’s Golden Jubilee


Today, The London Pass, the smart card that serves as a passport to
all of London, goes Golden, by announcing a special edition to the London Pass - The Golden Jubilee Souvenir Edition, available from May until September 2002.

Travellers to London will want this must-have souvenir as a reminder of their memorable trip to London’s top attractions, including Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and the Tower of London. Additionally, for the first time, the pass will also include free entry into Westminster Abbey.

The Golden Jubilee Souvenir Edition of The London Pass comes with a pocket-sized guidebook listing descriptions in full-colour. It offers tourists access to over 60 of London’s top attractions, which include, Kensington Palace, Hampton Court Palace, Buckingham Palace, Tower of London and Windsor Castle, to name a few. Unlimited travel on buses, tubes and trains is available with purchase of London Pass prior to arriving in London.

The London Pass is the UK’s first city pass to use smart card technology. Users have their pass swiped at till points for cashless transactions. Once activated the pass is valid for the number of consecutive calendar days that have been purchased. One-, two-, three- and six-day passes are available for £27 ($39), £57 ($75), £68 ($99) or £107 ($156) respectively for adults and children pay £19 ($27), £32 ($46), £43 ($62) or £56 ($81) respectively.
