In a glittering awards ceremony held at the National History Museum in London, the Leisure Pass Group scooped the prestigious Visit London Award for Best Tourism Website for the London Pass website designed by Mission Communications. It was judged on how customers’ needs are addressed, the capture and usage of data, suitability for its target market, integration into marketing campaigns and accessibility.
Founding Director Angus Rankine proudly commented, “We do almost half of our sales through the website and winning the award is tribute to all the team and valuable client feedback: it is a fantastic marketing and sales tool. The website is a combined effort by our in-house team and Mission Communications and it success is a tribute to the care and dedication that goes into its creation.”
The London Pass website now goes on to compete against the winners of other regional awards for the Excellence in England Awards.

LPG and Expedia sponsor HEDNA Conference |
The Leisure Pass Group teamed up with Expedia, hotels.com and Hotwire at this year’s Hotel Electronic Distribution Network Association conference and gave away a one-day London Pass to each one of the delegates. That way all 300 delegates had the opportunity to explore the best London has to offer. Feedback has been very positive and most of the delegates took the chance to visit at least one attraction while they may otherwise have spent their spare time in their hotel. Spencer Rascoff from Expedia said, "The attendees at HEDNA had a great time because of London Pass. They were able to explore the City and enjoy great discounts because of the generosity of the good people at London Pass."
