New Identity
With the addition of The Bath Pass and The York Pass, and the overseas projects we are currently working in, we decided it was time for a name change. Arrival Marketing is now the Leisure Pass Group, a name which we believe says exactly what we do! The introduction of The Leisure Pass Group will mean that we will be able to attract even more visitors, bringing additional attraction visits to each city. Visit our website

The London Pass

A Healthy Picture
The London Pass, continues to grow from strength to strength. Despite a difficult season for the British tourism industry, visitors to London have been using The London Pass as their way to discover the city. The Evening Standard picked up on our success, citing The London Pass as a reason to be optimistic this season.

Healthy sales have exceeded targets, with 50% of business being generated through our website, www.londonpass.com.

With over 2.5 million hits
per month, we are now attracting over 90,000 unique visitors per month.

In addition, hard work from our travel trade and retail partners have ensured that more people than ever have visited attractions with The London Pass during the last quarter. In July alone, over 42,000 attraction visits were made by London Pass holders – that’s an increase of over 3000% on the same period last year!

It has always been our aim to capture the lion’s share of our business by encouraging people to purchase The London Pass prior to their arrival in London. We have been successful in our aim, which guarantees extra visits to London
attractions.
Over the past year, we have gathered data on the visitors who have used The London Pass to make the most of their visit.
